We have recently carried out several master plan layouts for residential developments on behalf of Lovell's including 100 houses at Hargham Road, Attleborough. Design constraints included extensive underground services and noise pollution problems from the adjacent rail way tracks. The designs were based on Lovell's standard house types and included 25 percent affordable housing.
